	Maurice CAILLE , President - founder of SODITECH And the ancient responsible for studies of the nuclear submarines at the CEA (ATOMIC ENERGY AUTHORITY).
Implanted originally in Aerospace and Defence, our Group managed in ten years to diversify its activities in three other sectors using ultramodern technologies : Automotive, Aeronautics. Today, SODITECH exercises its skills of designer and boss of work in all these sectors. This diversification is unmistakably one of our forces.European leader in our former activity, the space industry, we take completely advantage of the exponential development of this sector. The transfer of know-how acquired towards Aeronautics led us to be one of the main specialists in the sector of studies. The participation to all the programs of Airbus positions SODITECH as an inescapable expert on a sector in full excitement, notably thanks to the arrival on the market of very big planes, civil and military, and to the need of renewal of the ranges of helicopters and the commercial fleets of aircrafts. The automotive sector allowed our group to establish abroad, on the South American continent. The renewal accelerated by the models tending to decrease the pollution, the noise and the consumption brings a permanent reshaping of engines. The quality of SODITECH experts allowed us to be approved " rank 1 " by the main French builders in two years. We developed an activity of advice to suppliers, specially for the parts manufacturers. This diversification modelled the dynamics of the company where the average age of the 250 co-workers is lower than 35. Their mobility leads them from a sector to another one. Fascinated and successful, our teams know how to impose themselves on prestigious sectors. SODITECH became an inescapable group on four principal sectors of the economy.The growth has been our creed for several years (our turnover was multiplied by ten in five years); a growth of the operating result superior to that of the turnover is the objective always reached by our management.The introduction of our company on the New Market will allow us to raise the necessary capital for the financing of our growth, centred on the preservation of the technological advance, the development in the international and the intensification of the system of recruitment. It is by these dynamics reconciling growth and profitability that we shall create more value for our shareholders.
